This class will guide you through movement that develops strength, flexibility, and develop the connection between, body, mind & breath. It aim to deepen your understanding of the postures & basic alignment in the body, breathing, and relaxation techniques. Modification will be done to fit your level, definitely beginner friendly ❤️

Supaya kelas berjalan lancar mohon diperhatikan hal2 berikut:

1. Kelas akan dimulai tepat waktu ⏰

2. Toleransi keterlambatan adalah 10 menit; setelah itu sebaiknya disarankan tidak mengikuti kelas agar pose/ gerakan yang diikuti bisa dilakukan secara efektif.

3. Mohon datang selambat-lambatnya 10 menit sebelum kelas dimulai.

4. Handphone mohon dalam silent/airplane mode selama kelas berlangsung 📱

5. Penggunaan HP untuk merekam latihan diperbolehkan, tetapi mohon pastikan peserta di sekitar tidak terganggu.

6. Penggunaan telepon tidak diperbolehkan, jika mendesak silahkan keluar ruangan latihan.

Restorative Yoga with Dian

A restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props (blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, etc.) as a support, for a deep relaxation. It aims to release muscle tension, create space in the body, and restores the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function. Which in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance.
